Small tax practitioners: New Code obligations apply from 1 July
If you are a small tax practitioner (with 100 or less employees), new Code of Professional Conduct obligations apply to you from 1 July 2025.
These new obligations have already started for large tax practitioners (with over 100 employees) from 1 January 2025.
